Marshall Biter has worked on numerous projects over the past several years to include small volunteer work with churches such as handicap ramps, and other renovations for those in need, to residential homes and complexes, multi-million dollar commercial office spaces and industrial maintenance complexes.
His design and construction management experience will help you design and build your dream home - no matter the size.

"The construction started with a meeting to determine our wants and needs, as well as our priorities. Marshall was very helpful during the construction of our home. He met with us at various vendors to explain so items that we were unfamiliar with and gave his advice based on our wants.
He was very involved with sub-contractors, ensuring his quality and our vision was met. It took longer than a "typical" builder, but the quality of the house was well worth the wait. All the small things, typically overlooked in modern construction, were considered and implemented, leaving us with a draft-free house, sloped landscape and underground drainage for gutter downspouts to push away water and mitigate wet crawlspace, extra electrical switches for outdoor seasonal lights, etc... it was all thought of, brought to our attention as possible add-ons, while staying under budget.

"If you are looking for someone to build your custom home in the Clarksville, TN area look no further than Biter Design Build. Marshall Biter helped us every step of the journey, and it's been a long journey for us. We lived in the tundra of Wisconsin for 13 years and wanted to move back home to Tennessee to enjoy retirement. While still living in Wisconsin, we foolishly put the cart in front of the horse and purchased a lot in Montgomery County before having decided on a house plan or having consulted with Marshall. Marshall had the integrity to advise us that the lot we had purchased would not be suitable for the house we wanted to build.....we sold that lot. He helped us for nearly a year to find property that not only worked for the house plan we wanted to build, but had a tremendous view... we bought that lot. Marshall worked with us to develop a construction estimate/budget along with a subcontractor and materials schedule with allowance estimates. He kept us informed of our progress versus budget. We worked together to develop solutions to problems that arose. We found that Marshall was always trying to save us money by presenting alternatives, and we could trust him when he would advise spending a little more on something. Marshall wants his clients to be happy with his work. Upon completion of each phase of the project he always asked "Are you happy?"
